The Philippines, often hit by powerful typhoons, has found a reliable ally in ANCOP Bermuda. Following Typhoon Haiyan in November 2013, one of the most catastrophic storms on record, ANCOP Bermuda quickly mobilized to assist those in urgent need. Partnering with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Hamilton, the organization raised $65,000 to support relief and recovery efforts in the most affected areas. This initiative was part of a larger community effort in Bermuda, which collectively raised nearly $500,000 for the Philippines' recovery.

The funds raised by ANCOP Bermuda were directed towards various essential projects, including the construction of typhoon-resistant homes and the provision of vital supplies to displaced families. These efforts not only met immediate needs but also aided in the long-term recovery of affected communities.

Assistance During the COVID-19 Pandemic

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 brought unprecedented challenges globally, and Bermuda was no exception.
